Sleever success for Kliklok

Kliklok Woodman is enjoying continued success for their 'wraparound' cartoning machines, winning several new orders for ready meal producers throughout Europe.
Recent Improvements to the CertiwrapT C150 and C80 sleevers - including quick size change, the ability to handle various shaped bowls or trays on the same machine, and overhead carton control to accommodate over-filled trays - have generated much interest within this growing industry.
The Certiwrap range is built around a robust stainless steel mainframe with external drives and a cantilevered construction to provide excellent visual and physical access to the product throughout the machine operation.
The C150 machine incorporates a rotary carton feeder and large capacity powered hopper for max time between refills. The servo-driven infeed system can be customised with a variety of designs to suit a wide range of products and a no contact "smart infeed" is now available (pictured), enhancing its flexibility to suit the demands of the ready meal market, where product shape is a differentiator. The C80 machine provides a cost effective solution for up to 80 sleeves per minute
With increased demands for 'shelf ready' packaging, the Certiwrap range also has the ability to provide an outside glue panel which allows the sleeved tray to be displayed 'standing up' in a chill cabinet, for instant consumer viewing.
