Improved features on Kliklok-Woodman Wrap-Around Cartoners

Kliklok-Woodman has introduced several new features to further enhance their highly successful range of 'CertiWrapT' wrap-around cartoning machines, the CertiWrap C80 and C150. Both of these fully automatic cartoning lines are designed and manufactured to meet the rigorous requirements in the prepared food market segment, both frozen & chilled.
New features include a quick 3-dimensional size change capability (now achievable in less than 10 minutes), greatly enhancing production up-time and operational efficiencies.
In addition, CertiWrap cartoners are now able to accommodate tray 'doming', where the film lid of a ready meal tray, for example, expands in production. While 'doming' was seen as problematic for certain wrap-around applications in the past, it can now be overcome with Kliklok-Woodman's latest design developments.
CertiWrap equipment now has the versatility to handle both round bowls and rectangular-shaped containers on the same machine.
These new features, combined with the CertiWrap's ability to handle a wide variety of wrap-around carton formats (including "watch-strap" designs, economy styles with abbreviated or profiled panels, and stand-up 'display' style packages) mean that producers can switch rapidly from one product line to another.
