Trolley Loaders from Kliklok

January 01, 2005

BRISTOL, UK — Kliklok has just supplied two of its TL5 trolley loading machines to Dairy Crest, one for their Fenstanton site and the other for their Chadwell plant.

The Kliklok name has always been associated with packaging equipment, however in more recent years it has gained a growing reputation for designing and manufacturing trolley loaders to the Dairy Industry. In fact Kliklok are now the UK’s leading supplier of trolley loading machinery for handling polypropylene milk bottles.

The very first machine was built in 1991 and since then these “TL” machines have undergone continuous improvement, with the latest machines capable of handling in excess of 220 four-pint bottles per minute.

Speed is not the only feature to have changed. Kliklok’s trolley loaders have also been modified for improved hygiene and to improve operator access. In addition, the already high machine efficiency has been enhanced to allow even damaged trolleys to be successfully loaded.

A number of UK Dairies have relied upon Kliklok to satisfy their increased demand for trolley loading – Robert Wiseman, Dairy Crest, Express Dairies.

Now, a new phase of development is now underway, with Kliklok’s latest machine capable of handling all bottle sizes from 1 pint to 6 pint, with size change in less than 2 minutes.
